Financial Strategy Development - You will lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the manufacturing area, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
Impact Beyond the Numbers - By accurately accounting for COGS, transfer pricing, and cost allocation, you'll contribute to reflecting the company's true financial performance.
Capital Investments Management - You'll support business decisions through investment evaluations and business case preparations.
Proactive Inventory Management - As the primary financial partner to the production planning team, you will optimize resources and inventories.
Leadership Role - You will lead a motivated manufacturing finance team and support their professional development.
Innovation and Efficiency - You will play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives, where new ideas and productivity enhancements are key.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent and confident English language skills
ACCA or CIMA qualification
Experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing or Big4 background is a plus)
Proven ability to lead a team of experienced professionals (minimum 2 years)
Strong business mindset, you don't just understand the numbers, but also the story behind them
