- Maintain daily contact with Dealers and Service providers.
- Support dealers and service providers by providing information regarding spare
- parts specifications, availability and lead times.
- Manage pricing.
- Maintain and improve the spare parts catalogues.
- Maintain contact with European suppliers.
- Maintain spare parts stock level to meet customer requirements and service level.
- Process spare parts orders in the online parts ordering system.
- Coordinate upgrading projects between BYD A/S China and Europe.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a technical support, administration or logistics environment.
- English language. Chinese language skills are considered a plus.
- A strong customer service & business focus.
- Problem-solving skills especially in supply chain related challenges.
- Systems skills: Advanced Excel knowledge. ERP, CRM, MS Office, logistics process management and project management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
