Digital Solution Manager,be yourself and make a difference in the world.You will have the following responsibilities:

Improve Yettel's digital touchpoints with a focus on digital sales and care.
Participate in regional strategic projects as a Digital Solution Manager, including design workshops and capability planning
Prepare supporting materials, align capability needs and be responsible for high level planning till the start of execution
Drive the E2E planning of digital product increments
Ensure consistent application of the digital design system in new developments
Define business and technical requirements to support EPIC specification

Work as part of agile squads, helping the Group Manager by representing digital business aspects on stakeholder meetings and channelling the agreed relevant development needs towards the vendor to start developments

Coordinate technical experts and business analysts to manage execution
Propose new capabilities and modify customer journeys on digital platforms
Collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders (IT, Marketing, B2C, B2B, Business Analysts)

Support defining and updating yearly the product strategies

Align and present strategy, quarterly plans, and results to key stakeholders and commercial management team
Refine agile methodology based on results and feedback
Identify, define and measure critical online sales and care journeys

Build an understanding of market, product usage and user behavior
Collect and indicate online specific insights and researches (qualitative and quantitative) in cooperation with other departments;

Monitor online market and industry trends/best practices and socio-cultural factors such as digital service design
Proactively and independently drives design development processes E2E in co-operation with different UIX partners

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, IT, or related field
min 3-5 years of experience in digital product or solution management

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Proven experience in digital product development and agile methodologies
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Experience with agile tools and frameworks
Being able to present in front of senior leadership team in English and Hungarian
Autonomous way of work, strong ownership attitude with active, doer, practical approach
