SSC (Shared Service Center)accounts receivableMain responsibilities of the role: -Communicate with our clients daily -Track and resolve outstanding payment issues -Own, report and proactively escalate any queries preventing payments -Assist in clarifying unapplied cash -Resolve billing issues and address customer invoice queries -Identify delinquent accounts to be written off or placed with collection agency -Prepare and contribute to various AR reports -Provide credit check and release blocked orders -Develop and maintain strong business relationships with various stakeholders on all business levels -Participate in various ad-hoc Group projects to improve order-to-cash process -Work closely with the in-country AR experts to ensure alignment in daily work and on all initiatives -Execute other administrative tasksExperience and skillset: -Approx. 3-5 years proven experience as an AR Clerk/Credit Controller or similar finance role -Experience within a Financial Shared Service Centre is preferred -Sound accounting and Excel skills -Fluent English -Danish and/or other Scandinavian language is also mandatory -Confident user of MS Office Tools and SAP -Proactive and hands-on mentality -Strong communicator -Well-developed organization and prioritization skills -Secondary school certificate is a must, BSc in Finance & Accounting or in Business Administration is an advantageWhy join us?
