This Role will serve as the technical SME for security assessment capabilities to execute changes and updates to the platform. We are looking for a person with high level knowledge of Cyber GRC Platforms and Workflow solutions, to coordinate and develop continuous enhancements. The Global Security Assessments leads the Cyber Security Review for Applications, Platforms and SaaS environments in Citi, evolving from workflow-based solutions to more automated and continuous assessment capabilities.
You will be involved into the collaboration with the different business lines, technology, security, continuity of business and risk functions.
You’ll need to work in an environment where you have to ensure compliance with Citi policies, standards, and procedures. The role requires a talented technologist with strong communication skills.Key responsibilities:Development and configuration of solutions based on business needs and inputs (GRC tools and Workflow solutions and their integration with other platforms).Develop tools and solutions to integrate cyber risk management applications with other Citi systemsTest planning, coordination, and tracking including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance.Ensuring that appropriate governance and oversight rules are implemented and adhered to.Drive quality in work, documentation and reporting.Provide feedback to improve efficiency, to simplify existing solutions as part of continuous improvementBe a partner for Internal Teams looking to introduce new capabilities within their businessAssist with regulatory requests.Collaborate with senior Citi management across business and functional lines in case of need as each introduce new capabilities, to keep SaaS activity within our risk tolerance.Drive continuous improvement efforts for quality and efficiency.Knowledge / Experience / Qualification:Knowledge of cyber controls and risk assessment for applications and platforms is preferred.At least 3+ years’ demonstrated performance as a technical SME in a highly regulated environment with 3+ years of experience as a developer.Experience with technical documentation, API specifications, architectural diagrams etc.Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality materials, results oriented.Role model for and driver of a culture of ethics, learning and accountability. Positive, can-do attitude, action and results-oriented, decisive, and willing to take control of a situation when required; trusted advisor with sound judgment even when operating under pressure or significant stress.Fluency in EnglishBachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience will also be considered) * Technical skills:
  • Angular v13 (preferred)
  • SharePoint development and SharePoint Workflow development
  • GRC tools such as ServiceNow, Archer, IBM OpenPages, etc.
