The Group Chemicals Business is pleased to announce that it is recruiting to the vacant position ofDS Chemicals Project Management Senior Expertin its newly established Market Strategy and Product Development organization.The Project Management Senior Expert develops projects identified across the value chain let them relate to growth, business efficiency or any harvesting of new business opportunities. The job of the Project Management Senior Expert is cross-functional, starting from the generation of business ideas from within / in collaboration with the various business units and ending with shaping it into a solid business case that can be taken forward to decision in later project stage gates. Her/his job does not end with front-end loading (FEL-1) as she/ he is responsible for tracking and providing business-side support across the life-cycle of the project pipeline (as and when required).The Project Management Senior Expert identifies the functions and resources that are needed for the shaping of projects, reaches out to resource owners and coordinates the various functions. The job requires independent business conduct and solid acquaintance with project management practices. The job holder aids/coordinates expert colleagues within the organization.How we envisage your key tasks:

Planning and shaping of new, sustainable organic- and inorganic growth projects.
Ensure the completeness of business case, delivers project charter and FEL-1 documentation. Develops and implements resource and project management plans.
Sets-up and manages cross-functional project teams with up-to-date project management practices. Ensures the on-time delivery of defined scope in budget.
Actively manages market development of the assigned areas.
Acts as primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders of the project. Regularly reports to all relevant stakeholders and decision-making bodies.
Actively manages project risks, ensures that risk management and risk acceptance criteria are in place and defined risk response plans are elaborated and followed.
Ensures project documentation according to best practices, including that risks and lessons learned during the project are well documented to support the development of the Project Management culture within MOL Group (knowledge sharing).
Contributes to idea generation initiatives as well as to technical and commercial analyses of new business solutions.

What competences we expect from you:

Analytical mindset / financial acumen
Experience in business modelling
Project management experience, relevant education is preferred,
Min. 5 years of industry specific expertise , refinery and/or petchem value chain is preferred
Proficient in business English
BSc/MSc degree in economics/business management/engineering
Good command of MS Office, knowledge of SAP/BI is preferred
Good communication skills
Knowledge of project management tools, stage gate practices and scheduling
Competence to manage cross-functional teams for reaching project deliverables.
