- Build positive reputation for HR and Finance service areas toward key stakeholders
- Create and execute a communication program for the HR/Finance function
- Create sustainable communication network and enhance communication flow among key communicators
- Create a unified communication approach and content for service areas aligned with Hydro governance and branding and GBS business strategy
- Drive communication elevation via educating key communicators of service areas
- Work closely and support service area lead teams to reach strategic communication goals
- Regular reporting toward service area lead teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Proficiency in creating engaging content for various channels
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and plans
- Familiarity with HR and Finance terminology and concepts to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, proactive and self-driven attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
