With us, you can be truly be yourself and belong, share inspiration, embrace new opportunities, thrive, and make a real difference.Your place in the teamSAP Expert is a technical person with advanced knowledge regarding the SAP system who helps the key business users to locate the right software to meet the needs of the organization. He/she owns and provides support to manage processes and to optimize the overall business performance. His/her primary responsibility is to take an active part in implementing the ERP, integrating SAP applications with the existing IT infrastructure and continually improving it by developing new, customized solutions. Also responsible for support the issue handling of key business areas.You will be involved in the following tasks
  • In-depth understanding of SAP and related ERP systems
  • Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
  • Owns relevant ERP processes, drives BPR, updates process repository.
  • Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor & examine strategies & provide ideas for optimization.
  • Maintain the configuration and monitor the system regularly.
  • Deploy SAP solutions and ensure smooth system integration.
  • Deploy new business logic or changes to existing design.
  • Take an active part in the SAP implementation project.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to optimize performance.
  • Provide SAP system support and trainings for the main stakeholders of other departments (train the trainer method)
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Participate in the standard team meetings, document progress appropriately in Jira
We are looking for you if you have
  • Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
  • Professional command of English both written and spoken
  • In-depth understanding of the SAP and other ERP systems
  • Experience in Business Process Modelling
  • Experience with requirements definitions and use case modelling is an advantage.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of the Telco industry strongly preferred is an advantage.
  • Scrum/agile methodology knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience in Signavio/Aris process modelling tool is an advantage.
  • Any of the following certifications is an advantage: SAP, ITIL, DFSS, ACCA, APICS, PMP, S4HANA, AWS, GCP, CE
