- Monitor the quality of calls, chats, and emails – from script usage and product knowledge to service standards.
- Conduct coaching and training sessions for customer service colleagues together with the team leader.
- Analyse quality and performance trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee contact monitoring, carry out evaluations, and provide calibration scores.
- Regularly provide feedback to management and support the precise adherence to processes.
- Ensure the team has up-to-date information on all relevant processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Minimum high school diploma, higher education preferred.
- Experience in BPO and in customer service and/or technical fields.
- Proven professional track record in the skills listed above.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent Hungarian and English (B2 or higher)
