
RWE Data Analyst Expert

- Execute statistical and analytical analyses of pre-existing data to investigate research questions, utilizing strong background in statistics, programming, and observational research
- Lead "Conventional Projects" including disease epidemiology characterization, study feasibility assessment, and descriptive cohort analyses to inform key internal decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HEVA, Medical Affairs, BO&S, Commercial) to deliver data-driven insights and maintain Sanofi data assets
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RWE analytics, developing deep understanding of Sanofi's digital tools and platforms
- Manage data assets through primary data collection, secondary source licensing, and de-identified clinical trial data maintenance
- Act as mentor and guide to new team members, providing support and knowledge sharing
- Partner with SGz functions and RWE group in the Chief Digital Office to ensure data integrity and optimal utilization of resources
- 7+ years of experience in analyzing secondary patient data
- Expertise in business intelligence stacks and data visualization frameworks
- Strong background in statistics, statistical programming, and observational research
- Proficiency in R, SAS, Python, and/or PySpark
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- BA/BS + 7 years or MS/PhD + 5 years in a relevant quantitative field
- Fluent in English
