Air conditioning process engineer - Auto Parts Division

• Design process plans and workflows based on product requirements, prepare process documents such as process manuals and work instructions, and lead the trial production and mass production transition of new products to ensure smooth production introduction and strict implementation of process documents at all stages of production under controlled conditions.
• Provide process optimization plans for different product stages to the project manager to ensure the feasibility of product manufacturing.
• Research, develop, and improve production processes and technologies in the factory to enhance process capabilities and ensure lean production conditions that support product quality and efficiency goals.
• Analyze production abnormalities and develop effective countermeasures to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Develop production lines and equipment, prepare operation manuals for production lines and equipment, and perform debugging and layout optimization to ensure smooth production.
• Analyze product anomalies, lead problem resolution, and take responsibility for improving and enhancing product quality.

• More than 3 years of relevant professional experience, major in science and engineering is preferred.
• Familiar with the manufacturing process of frame/front compartment beam/air conditioning/brake/injection molding products, with experience in mass production project process planning and new production line commissioning (SOP).
• Master the characteristics of equipment, be able to formulate reasonable parameters to ensure the normal operation of equipment and the maximum utilization rate of equipment (OEE).
• Familiar with the preparation method of process standards and process documents, master the material forming and processing technology, and be able to make effective processing plans according to the material characteristics.
• Familiar with office software, CAD, UG, etc., master the use of experimental tools, such as DOE, minitab, and master the programming and debugging methods of common robot brands.
• Familiar with plant operation, product related process and equipment principles, and have the ability to improve and solve problems on site.
• Have good communication skills, stress resistance, work conscientiously and responsibly.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian. Fluency in Chinese is preferred.
