DESCRIPTIONOur fast growing multinational partner is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Lead Accountant, who will report to the Head of Commercial Accounting and be part of a team of 15 Accountants.The Job Incumbent would be involved in the following duties:

Perform general accounting
Manage taxes, liaise with third party to submit taxes
Perform fixed asset management, AP and AR sub ledger adjustments
Actively support the monthly and year-end closing procedures
Review Balance Sheet and P&L
Take part in local statutory audits
Preparation of Tax calculation
Review BS reconciliations done by SSC and make sure accounts are fully reconciled
Maintain contact with the SSC on a daily bases

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor´s Degree in Finance/ Controlling/ Accounting or equivalent (a Chartered Accountant Certification would be an advantage)
At least 4 years of GL related experience in an industrial or SSC environment
Experience with IFRS
Knowledge of relevant accounting software (Oracle is preferable)
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Outstanding analytical skills
Self-motivated personality
