- Deliver EHS trainings across all leadership levels to foster a mature, interdependent EHS culture.
- Conduct risk analyses, assess working conditions, and prepare detailed risk assessments.
- Investigate workplace incidents and implement preventative measures to reduce future risks.
- Perform internal audits to maintain ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certifications and support external audits.
- Ensure compliance by integrating new laws and regulatory requirements into EHS processes.
- Advise on EHS aspects of new construction and refurbishment projects.
- Standardize and improve EHS processes in line with TE's global standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related technical field - or equivalent qualification with extensive relevant experience.
- Certified occupational safety specialist (f/m/d
- Proven experience in a similar EHS leadership role, including managing direct reports.
- Strong knowledge in machine safety, hazardous materials, environmental and emergency management.
- Advantageous: experience in waste management, recycling/recovery technologies, fire safety certification, internal auditor for ISO 14001/ISO 45001
- Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a structured, solution-focused approach.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and verbal).
- Strong communication, influence, and auditing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
