Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defence and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary's leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall's local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike. Advising stakeholders on platform strategy, roadmap, and governance
Support with the introduction of new modules and functions
Evaluation and selection of suitable ServiceNow plugins and solutions
Conducting architecture reviews and quality assurance
Close collaboration with developers, administrators, project managers, and specialist departments
Design of integrations with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Azure, Jira)
Creation of technical architecture documentation and solution concepts

What you will need for successful work

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business information technology, or related field with relevant working experience
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, etc.)
Experience with ServiceNow architecture principles and best practices
Ability to develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations
Knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer
Initial experience with CMDB design and maintenance
Familiarity with ServiceNow update sets, scoped applications, and application lifecycle management
Experience with cloud and on-premise integrations in ServiceNow
Understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, virtualization) and knowledge of the use and operation of ServiceNow MID servers are desirable
Fluent in English

What we are happy about
