Security Management Specialist - Vulnerability manager

• Monitoring of IT security systems in terms of functionality and availability.
• Monitoring, analysis, evaluation and adequate escalation of events registered by and in the Company's IT security systems.
• Prepares regular reports on the captured security events in line with clients' requirements
• Keeps track of alarms and escalations initiated by himself until the cases are closed in a reassuring manner.
• Repairs technical breakdowns happening in/to IT security systems
• Maintains contacts with clients
• Documents in detail all emerged escalations, alarms, and the related communication
• Is familiar with the ITIL processes and applies them duly
• Introduces changes in terms of actualizing signatures for the IT security systems or on-boarding of components.

• BSc in Information Technology, Economic , technical field or equivalent work experience
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Experience in IT field , and support of OS-systems
• Required to work independently and collaboratively to address incidents, problems, changes
