Sales Specialist

• You will manage the identification of corporate collaboration opportunities, assess the needs of potential business partners, and develop tailored solutions
• You will create custom offers for corporate partners, prepare sales contracts, and successfully finalize them
• Your role includes the successful sales of the University's executive education programs, leading related projects, and closely cooperating with various departments to meet the needs of corporate clients and deliver services that meet quality expectations
• The goal is to strengthen the University's market position, aligning business objectives with customer satisfaction and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in line with the organizational strategy
• You will lead, schedule and implement key projects connected to our corporate partnership portfolio
• You will manage divers (cross-)organizational project teams within the University
• You will take a leading role in the renewal of our executive education portfolio (for both open and corporate specific programs)

• You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in mid or largecap corporate sales
• You have strong communication skills in both Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
• You are a communicative and relationship-building personality with problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• You have excellent MS Office 365 knowledge (including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of graphic design platforms (such as Canva)
• You are flexible, agile, and adaptable to new challenges
• You have a university degree in business administration, business informatics, marketing or related fields with exceptional academic performance
