- HR administration: onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining records, managing holidays and benefits
- Supporting HR processes and reports, ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborating with employees and partners, handling day-to-day HR queries
- Supporting payroll and financial administration, collaborating with accountants
- Office management: maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient working environment
- Travel coordination and liaising with suppliers
- Proficiency in with various software applications program including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook and capacity to learn new technology/systems.
- Strong Administrator, with previous experience of working in a similar role
- Fluent Hungarian and English (B2 level or higher)
