- Working in a timely manner, able to fulfil tickets in Service Now quickly and in order of priority, provide follow-up where needed, ensuring excellent customer service in accordance to agreed SLAs
- Support, qualification, management, and resolution of incidents with remote control
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Escalation of problem tickets where needed
- Maintain documentation related to assigned business applications
- Monitoring/Management of license utilization of responsible applications
- Occasional assistance (maintenance in operational condition, updates, optimization of applications)
- Collaborate with IT and Business teams to develop and implement process improvements to enhance the performance of our applications
- Participate in the testing and deployment of new releases and updates to our applications
- Years of Related Experience (Min.): 3+ years technical support and applications Management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Support: previous experience supporting global clients in a Microsoft environment
- Language: fluent English is essential
- Strictly adhering to tight timelines, ability to prioritize
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to present solutions and alternatives
- Manage change effectively and comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and hands-on
- SQL database knowledge
- Hand on Experience with Microsoft .net applications
- Hands on Experience with the Process Studio BPM Platform
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Knowledge of Visual Studio products
- Service Now Platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
