The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.Job DescriptionThe “Retail Business Administration” hub has end-to-end responsibility for the complete IT support of the Telekom Shops in Germany. Starting with determining potential Shop locations, designing and equipping the Telekom shops with IT (including retail-specific devices), up to supplying the Telekom shops with Goods, Workforce Management planning and provisioning of sales employees.
Our vision is to create the technical basis for the best cross-channel shopping and service experience together with our specialist partners and the digital hubs in the domain CSSE - Customer Sales & Service Experience. With the applications and IT services we are responsible for, we ensure that stationary retail business and, increasingly, digital sales interfaces can be operated in the best possible way. Through close cooperation with the specialist sites and other digital hubs, we want to leverage synergies across the sales channels in order to achieve greater bundling of channels and thus improve the processes in front of the end customer and make them more innovative. We want to drive forward the digitalization of the retail business and thus support the transformation of PK / PVG.You will be the System Architect for the RBA Hub and you will be responsible for the definition of the future archtectural runway for all the applications of the RBA Hub. This architecture vision has to support the future business strategy of the individual applications, but also has to include general security requirements of the organisation. Also cost efficient operation of the single applications has to be part of the strategy.
Definition of enabler epics and also prirorisation of these epics into the dev teams is part of the responsibility.
Next to this also the monitoring and the improvement of operational stability is an important task of your activity.QualificationsGood understanding of complex business processes
