- Managing the QA/QC team and the quality system
- Implementing projects to improve quality and operational efficiency in line with customer requirements and current standards
- Conducting internal, external, and customer audits
- Handling complaints, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions (CAPA)
- Collaborating with customers and the production team on quality-related solutions
- Implementing new equipment and validation processes
- Conducting training sessions on GMP, quality, and FSC standards
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial quality role
- Knowledge of GMP, accreditation standards, and improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to manage teams and projects
- Good command of MS Office
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent English
