Preparation of draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents (e.g. minutes, articles of association, power of attorney, member resolutions) based on templates,
Drafting and drafting of contracts, agreements and other legal documents in both English and Hungarian
General and operational support for the work of legal advisers
Research of legislation, legal precedents, cases with regard to the specificities of the case
Translation of legal texts and annexes into English and Hungarian
Assisting in administrative and judicial proceedings
Liaising, liaising and negotiating with the authorities
Checking compliance with internal rules and regulations, based on internal rules and regulations
Preparing training materials for employees
Participation in negotiations with other legal professionals
Carrying out sub-tasks and office administrative tasks
Preparing quarterly internal legal newsletters on changes in accordance with the Hungarian and EU legislation and case law most relevant to the company
Participation in background and sub-tasks related to legal projects
Preparation and presentation of legal opinions

About you

Ongoing university studies in Legal field
English and Hungarian knowledge in advanced level
Min. 20 hour/week
Microsoft Office proficiency
Open and humble personality
French knowledge is advantageous but not a criteria
