- As part of the Legal Product Security and Regulatory Compliance team, the Manager, Regulatory Compliance will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the cybersecurity compliance program that ensures products adhere to relevant security standards and regulations, such as NIST, ISO, and IEC
- Develop and promote the central initiatives of the Information Governance group, in collaboration with the Associate General Counsel, Regulatory Compliance, by leading and implementing projects on a global level
- Develop, maintain, and provide regular mentorship and training on company's policies including practices and requirements of its SDL processes and applicable laws
- Ability to manage and coordinate all aspects of compliance operation, including tactical & strategic planning, reporting, etc.
- Collaborate effectively within the Product Security and Compliance team, various Engineering and IT collaborators, as well as other internal/external partners to build relationships supporting accountabilities.
- Collaborate effectively within the Product Security and Compliance team and pre-sales support team to support customer cybersecurity questionnaires, requirements and audits.
- Proficient understanding of business focus and processes, with the ability to integrate cybersecurity compliance into the business through effective teamwork and influence.
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and confidence in representing the company and security leadership with the highest level of professionalism.
- You are a strategic problem solver with the ability to proactively plan and communicate effectively with various audiences and settings. You have a strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance standard processes and work collaboratively to meet shared objectives. You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance and can readily learn new technologies.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in cyber security related field, preferably some experience with a compliance focus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar engineering field with an emphasis on cyber security, or
- demonstrated ability with secure development and control frameworks
- Desirable security certifications: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, PMP
