Product Management Manager (Controlling Manager)

• Development and implementation of product strategies,
• Analysis and optimization of the product portfolio, initiating and introducing product developments considering customer needs,
• Formulation and monitoring of pricing strategies,
• Involvement in the preparation of business proposals and documentation for clients,
• Participation in business planning and budgeting,
• Conducting market and competitive research, monitoring market trends,
• Performing controlling activities, preparing reports, and analysing the performance of products/services,
• Designing quality indicators for products and services and developing measurement methods,
• Contribution to the creation of Business Regulations, General Terms and Conditions, and other regulations related to products,
• Continuous collaboration with sales, marketing, and operational teams for effective product management.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of controlling (production, warehouse)
• Excellent control and analytical thinking (Strong Excel knowledge)
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills (Presentation skills)
• Flexibility and well-structured work methodology
• Proficient English and Hungarian language skills
• Willingness and ability to work well in a team
• Eligibility to work in Hungary
