We built a brand new manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Miskolc in 2023, which includes assembly and office accommodation. Our Miskolc facility is a key regional facility for the driveline technologies that GKN Automotive supply to our global customer base. We employ hundreds of colleagues from the local community and will continue to develop the site over time.We are seeking a Customer Planner to join our team.Job description
  • Create the shipping documentation and realization of shipments to customers
  • Daily analysis of orders
  • Preparation of reports, statements and calculations
  • Participate in new projects
  • Cooperate with other departments within organization
  • Managing the transport to/from customers
  • Daily meetings interdepartmental
  • Daily handling with ERP system “QAD”
  • Creating packaging flows with customers / suppliers
  • Creating packing instructions for external and internal customers/suppliers
  • Optimization of existing packaging solutions
  • Managing the packaging inventory
Requirements
  • Master/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of logistics
  • Minimum 2 years of planning experience in Industrial or Automotive environment
  • Confident English knowledge (fluent Hungarian language skill is a must)
  • Knowledge of packaging standards in the automotive industry
  • Good cooperative, organizing and communication skills, process approach, independence and ability to coordinate
