For more information, visit .What will your responsibilities be?

Manage ongoing change activities of the plant, harmonizing of actions of different parallel running launches. Create execution plan accordingly and control execution.
Leading project launches according to the Adient standard processes.
Leading multidisciplinary teams at the plant as well as being the interface with the supporting departments like Program Management, Engineering, Sales etc. in central structures.
Direct interface with the customer in terms of Launch related topics.
Organizing and coordinating events related to new launches, such as Launch Readiness Reviews, Run@Rate etc.
Planning and implementing all tasks aimed at and preparing the plant for serial production.
Analysis and costing of plant costs for new RFQs.
Planning and implementation of the new launch budgets.
Reporting on the status of new launches to the Top Management of the organization.
Managing the process of introducing changes in product and process.
Maintain the Plant Launch Glidepath and drive the plant management team to achieve their milestones and deliverables.
Plan and execute / support Launch Management Sign-offs and Process Sign-offs.
Standardizing processes and documents related to new launches as well as the process of introducing changes.

Ability to prioritize tasks, both personal and team actions.
Understanding scheduling and task execution within established timeframes.
Knowledge of production and supporting processes.
Proactive approach and problem-solving skills.
Very good planning and data analysis skills.
Good computer literacy, proficiency in office programs (MS Office).
Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication in speech and writing.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
Higher technical education.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a position related to production or new launches, including at least 3 years in the automotive industry.
