AVL Hungary Kft. offers a job in Hungary (HU) asBusiness Process Support Engineer PurchasingRESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide global user support for AVL's purchasing tools (e.g. SAP ERP, SAP Ariba, SRM portal, and other SAP-integrated systems)
Analyze and troubleshoot system- or process-related issues in purchasing workflows
Handle user requests and coordinate solutions between business users, IT, and external providers
Support purchasing-related projects such as data clean-up, migration, system testing, or implementation of new tools
Help maintain high-quality purchasing master data (vendors, info records, classifications such as eCl@ss)
Create and deliver purchasing reports and dashboards (e.g. KPI reporting) to support business decisions
Document processes and support-related activities clearly and accurately
Contribute to digital transformation by supporting the phase-out of legacy systems and improving efficiency
Train and support end users to help them use digital tools more effectively
Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and participate in change requests, project meetings, etc
Work with purchasing experts, buyers, data owners, and key users across AVL's global locations

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of a commercial or technical education in the field of supply chain management, business informatics, business administration, information/automation technology, industrial management or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in business process/application support position
Professional experience in industrial purchasing/supply chain organizations and/or as digital expert is an advantage
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP processes
Familiar with data analyses and analytics
Experience in the role as system key user is an advantage
Fluent English knowledge (German is an advantage)
Willingness to travel abroad
