You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellence in project execution. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Industrial, Supplier Quality), establish and maintain quality management plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, but also act as the independent voice of the customer in the project organization.We’ll look to you for:
  • Establishing, documenting, and implementing the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and ensuring its application during contract execution.
  • Interfacing with customer quality and safety teams and supporting Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSS).
  • Managing non-conformities, safety issues, and technical modifications while analyzing financial implications.
  • Overseeing supplier quality activities, including synchronization of GO Production and First Article Inspections (FAI).
  • Ensuring the delivery of quality project documentation, including train/product history books, safety authorizations, and inspection criteria booklets.
  • Facilitating problem-solving processes to reduce costs of non-quality through corrective and preventive action systems.

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of quality management systems and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of structured techniques such as FMEA and PDCA.
  • Familiarity with customer satisfaction processes and project quality management.
  • A certification in Quality or Safety Management (e.g., ISO 9001, IRIS) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work across diverse teams.
  • Adaptability and resilience to manage complex project environments.
