Értékesítés, kereskedelembusiness development managerThe scope will look alike: -Global business and functional processes -Global vision and strategy in collaboration with functional leadership -Process architecture, design, training, deployment, performance, and improvements -Process Governance and Compliance -Outsourcing contract (Wipro) supporting business operations (mainly Finance and Customer Care) -The main mission is: -The mission of the Global Process Excellence is to increase productivity and effectiveness in Nilfisk operations by standardizing business and functional processes.The key accountabilities and responsibilities: -Active contributor to the IDE Leadership team’s purpose and mission -Define, document, and continuously improve the overall Global Business Process framework, including all underlying processes and SOPs -Establish Process Governance and ensure x-functional awareness in process performance -Develop and implement a global business process excellence strategy, in alignment with Nilfisk’s overall goals and objectives -Lead and manage a team of process excellence professionals across various locations, providing guidance, coaching, and support -Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation, and establish measurable goals and targets -Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize improvement initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely execution -Manage the global outsourcing contract and ensure continuous improvement of its performance and value -Conduct process assessments, data analysis, and performance evaluations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement -Facilitate cross-functional process mapping and re-engineering sessions to streamline workflows and eliminate waste. -Drive the implementation of best practices, methodologies, and tools related to process excellence, such as Lean Six Sigma -Develop and deliver training programs to build process improvement capabilities across the organization -Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance, measure outcomes, and drive accountability -Ensure process compliance through regular assessments and remediate compliance gaps in a sustainable way -Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, encouraging employees to embrace new ideas and innovative approaches -Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments related to business process excellenceWhy join to Nilfisk? -Being part of a dynamic multinational environment and Scandinavian Company Culture -Trainings for your professional development -Great enthusiastic and continuously growing team -Attractive salary & connecting package -Home Office opportunity & free to schedule contract -Cafeteria and other benefits: -Monthly gross 46.000 HUF cafeteria -Free access to Tüske csarnok twice a week for gym or swimming -Travel contribution for daily commute (between home and workplace) -Weekly massage in the HUB office -Onsite medical screening quarterly -SHARENOW carsharing service to our Budapest HUB based employees for daily commute and so much more!The qualifications, what will be needed: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) -Proven track record of successfully implementing process excellence methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, across diverse business functions and geographies -Fluency in English is mandatory -Strong business acumen and understanding of global business operations -Proficiency in process mapping and process improvement tools and software -Passionate about Business Value and User Experience with the ability to design and execute at a strategic level -Extensive experience in leading business process improvement initiatives on a global scale -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions -Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines -Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating teams toward achieving common goals -Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage individuals at all levels of the organization -Growth mindset, with proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders -Change management expertise, with a demonstrated ability to drive cultural transformation and foster a mindset of continuous improvement -Deep understanding of industry best practices such as Lean/6 sigma (certification is a plus)
