About the jobAs an Maintenance Engineer within our Manufacturing & Supply team in Csanyik, Hungary, you'll play a key role in ensuring optimal operation of production equipment and assets, particularly in Process-Centric Units (PCUs). Planning and execution of maintenance activities for complex technological equipment
Implement predictive maintenance techniques and manage asset lifecycle
Drive and execute process optimization and efficiency improvements through data analysis
Perform reliability analysis and develop maintenance strategies
Ensure GMP compliance and maintain technical documentation
Execute continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Approve maintenance, fault correction, and technical documentation
Ensure activities are performed by appropriately qualified personnel

About you

Higher education degree in mechanical engineering
At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance
In-depth knowledge of technical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices
Strong understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and predictive maintenance techniques
Ability to communicate in English
Professional proficiency in Hungarian
Advanced data analysis skills and user-level computer proficiency
Experience in maintenance or reliability engineering preferred
Knowledge of maintenance support systems is an advantage
Pharmaceutical/chemical industry experience is a plus
