We are looking for an exceptionalIT Category Managerto join our dynamic Procurement Team!Join us if you are ready to create solutions, structures, processes, we will build things together every given day!What is in it for you?· Here you can see the entire supply chain process in one organization· You can see your stakeholder, you are making a real impact, and can see the results· You will get real feedback from the supported business· Your job really matters here, it has real EUR value which is realized by the business sitting next door· There are career opportunities – but we are not an SSC!As an IT Category Manager at MOL, you will:Drive category planning, analysis, strategy development and implementation for a category group in alignment with business partners, establish relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Main responsibilities:· Actively develops and maintains closer collaboration with other department members in/outside of Procurement based on the area of expertise.· Responsible for setting up category work including Category Working Group and Category Council, engaging business partners in strategy and implementation.· Responsible for leading cross-functional Category Working Groups; facilitating Category Councils.· Responsible for development and implementation of category strategies for assigned IT categories.· Responsible for achievement of defined objectives and KPIs including delivery of savings targets.· Accountable for decision making on category level supplier awarding for contracting based on value limits.· Responsible for creation and maintenance of annual procurement plan; mid and long-term planning for a category group in alignment with business partners. Contributes to consolidated procurement planning across categories within Indirect division.· Responsible for monitoring market developments, innovations and technology trends and for applying them to strategy and implementation work.· Contributes to sourcing process, participates in evaluation committees; supports negotiations based on value limits and priority.· Responsible for Supplier Relationship Management related activities, including definition of supplier segmentation, managing supplier audits and releasing suppliers based on fulfilled pre-conditions.· Responsible for KPI based supplier evaluation; development of strategic partners for category group; drive supplier phase-out.· Responsible to act as escalation level for supplier related incidents.· Contributes to long lead items assessment, demand planning, market analysis, supplier selection and claim management.· Contributes to ad hoc reporting related to process performance and issue resolution.
