- Answer customer inquiries in German via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Guide users through product setup, features, and best practices
- Escalate complex cases through clear internal channels
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
- Follow privacy, security, and quality standards
- Collaborate with a supportive, tech-savvy team
- Strong German (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills
- A curious mindset and a genuine interest in tech — even if you’re still learning
- Clear and friendly communication – you enjoy helping people
- Basic PC skills (you’ve used Microsoft Office or similar tools)
- A calm, solution-focused approach when things get tricky
- Willingness to learn and grow – we’ll teach you the rest during training!
- Any experience in customer service, support, or tech is a bonus, but not a must
