This is a place to make a difference in the worldThe Role & What You Will Be DoingEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the French Speaking OTC Operational Expert role will make an impact:

Perform customer bank bookings, invoicing, reconciliations
Manage collection activities: contacting customers, dunning, dispute resolution
Support credit limit assessments, insurance management, and blocked order handling
Participate in month-end closings, reporting, and audits
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Master Data, Procurement, GL)
Ensure compliance with SOPs, KPIs, and internal controls

About Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably with SAP knowledge
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Fluency in English and one additional foreign language
Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage
French – professional working proficiency
