Location: Debrecen
Full-Time | 5+ Years ExperienceAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead service delivery across multiple client accounts. You’ll guide a team, drive performance, and ensure we consistently deliver top-notch service. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll help shape strategy, solve problems, and improve operations.What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coach a team of Service Delivery Managers
  • Ensure smooth operations and hit KPIs/SLAs
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Resolve escalations quickly and effectively
  • Improve processes and standardize best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, IT, Training, etc.)

Qualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]
  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery, BPO, or customer service operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in a people management or leadership role
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing environments
  • Demonstrated success in managing operational performance across multiple teams or projects
Languages
Excellent communication skills (Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension) with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels., What You Bring
  • 5+ years in operations, service delivery, or BPO
  • 3+ years leading teams
  • Strong with KPIs, SLAs, and performance management
  • Great communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
