You’ll guide a team, drive performance, and ensure we consistently deliver top-notch service. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll help shape strategy, solve problems, and improve operations.What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a team of Service Delivery Managers
- Ensure smooth operations and hit KPIs/SLAs
- Build strong client relationships
- Resolve escalations quickly and effectively
- Improve processes and standardize best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, IT, Training, etc.)
- Highly customer focused.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels.
- Ability to motivate and drive teams of people to provide high level managed services.

- 5+ years of experience in service delivery, BPO, or customer service operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in a people management or leadership role
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing environments
- Demonstrated success in managing operational performance across multiple teams or projects
Excellent communication skills (Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension) with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels., What You Bring
- 5+ years in operations, service delivery, or BPO
- 3+ years leading teams
- Strong with KPIs, SLAs, and performance management
- Great communication and leadership skills
