Join Coca-Cola HBC Hungary and take the lead in one of the country's largest alcohol warehouses!As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that the movement of 50,000 pallets is accurately tracked, processes run smoothly, and your 18-member team achieves its goals every single day.This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility as a leader - to guide and develop people while working with modern technologies (such as robotic picking) in a truly international, dynamic environment.The Role

Ensure inventory accuracy by making sure that all stock movements are recorded correctly and on time in SAP.
Oversee transparent administration, keeping shipping documentation and warehouse reports up to date and easy to understand.
Lead and support your 18-member team by being present on the shop floor, ensuring they stay motivated and work together effectively.
Monitor daily issues (e.g. shrinkage, loss, space utilization) and actively develop processes to find and implement solutions.
Supervise inventory levels continuously, ensuring that even the smallest deviations are identified quickly.
Prepare, interpret and analyze reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve operations.
Guarantee smooth daily operations by coordinating different functional areas (inventory control, robotic picking, administration, workwear storage, contract warehousing).

Requirements

Confident English communication skills to collaborate in an international environment.
Proactive, empowering leadership style, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
Solid knowledge of SAP and hands-on daily use experience.
Background in warehouse operations (e.g. warehouse manager, inventory controller, or other leadership role in a warehouse).
Strong understanding of logistics processes and their application.
At least 2 years of people management experience, proving your ability to lead teams and deliver results.
