  • Play a key role in monthend closing, forecast and annual planning process;
  • be a business partner for Commercial, Marketing and Pricing&Revenue team;
  • report of monthly sales (topline) performance for related business area;
  • analyse company sales performance variance analysis;
  • supervising the Global Business Service team during the closing process;
  • design and improve new reports in order to make controlling processes more efficient;
  • lead, develop, and mentor a team of 2 colleagues, ensuring their professional growth and effective collaboration;
  • drive process improvements and contribute to the optimization of controlling and commercial planning workflows.
You need us, if you:
  • have bachelor’s degree preferably in economics;
  • gained min. 5+ years experience in the field of controlling (preferably within FMCG), experience at BI/business analyst/invoicing area is a plus;
  • have proven experience in people management, including leading and developing teams;
  • are advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Access;
  • have excellent command in Hungarian and business English;
  • understand and able to analyze commercial figures and turn them into handy reports;
  • can perform successfully during tight deadlines with high level of accuracy;
  • strong process improvement mindset with proven contribution to optimization initiatives;
  • demonstrates a proactive mindset and takes initiative in driving improvements and solving challenges;
  • can easily work together with multiple stakeholders within the business.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of reporting systems like Power BI, SQL, Access;
  • ERP (SAP) system experience;
  • Experiences in analyses and handling database in a complex environment.
