- 4+ years of experience in Data science and machine learning area
- 2+ years' experience in the Financial sector - understanding and in-depth knowledge of the industry is required (consulting experience an advantage)
- Proficiency in Data Science and machine learning techniques, data modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and coding background in Python; cloud environments as an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills - you´ll be a trusted partner to our clients; you will need to understand client needs, design and pitch a technical solution to the management
- Proactive approach, analytical mindset, ability to break down complex problems; out-of-the-box thinking
- Team leadership - ability to manage a cross-functional delivery team
- English at an excellent level (German is an advantage)
