Codecool is a growing network of international coding schools in the EU. Our mission is to reinvent IT education and solve the ever-growing IT talent gap of companies by giving coding careers for a wide range of people. Codecool is present in many European countries, and we just became the biggest teaching and learning hub for digital skills in the region by merging with Software Development Academy. So far, we changed the lives of 2000+ students through coding by providing them with professional courses and career opportunities.At Codecool we have a diverse corporate clientele - including smaller IT start-ups to huge multinational companies - and our aim is to help them hire junior IT professionals from our Codecoolers.As a part-time HR Trainee, you will be helping out the Recruitment Manager and the Business Development team.Tasks:🌟Keeping in touch with our students on a day to day basis.🌟Creating job descriptions and job ads.🌟Managing our job site and keeping it up to date.🌟Screening CVs and advising on how to improve them.🌟Helping out the Recruitment Manager on ad hoc tasks🌟Keeping touch with the Business Development Team and with the Mentors.You could be a great fit for this role, if:🌟You can be a fresh graduate who is interested in HR and recruitment and would like to gain experience in the field.⏰You have 20 hours/week to work with us in the Budapest office🗣️You are confident both in Hungarian & English, in writing and speaking as well✔️You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.✔️You have great organizational and time-management abilities.✔️You are detail-oriented and you have an enthusiastic attitudeWhat we offer:🚀We offer an awesome atmosphere.
