Want to join the ride?We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchasing and Logistic Coordinator.In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth daily service operation by focusing on efficient logistics, timely procurement, and effective inventory management.Join us and be a key player in driving our Energy business forward through exceptional coordination and logistics management!The location for this position is in Budaörs, Hungary.Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Purchasing and Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing warehouse parts and maintaining safety stock levels.
  • Supporting purchasing and logistic administration for Warehouse and Workshop.
  • Coordinating travel plans and arrangements for Energy Field Service team.
  • Managing logistics and customs processes within Hungary.
  • Handling the management of tools used in the Energy business.
  • Ordering necessary consumables, tools and safety Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Responsible for Pool car operation within Hungary.
  • Handling all purchasing process related administration tasks.
Requirements for the position:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operation, logistics, and/or purchasing management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal.
  • A solid technical background is an advantage.
