- Overseeing warehouse parts and maintaining safety stock levels.
- Supporting purchasing and logistic administration for Warehouse and Workshop.
- Coordinating travel plans and arrangements for Energy Field Service team.
- Managing logistics and customs processes within Hungary.
- Handling the management of tools used in the Energy business.
- Ordering necessary consumables, tools and safety Personal Protective Equipment.
- Responsible for Pool car operation within Hungary.
- Handling all purchasing process related administration tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operation, logistics, and/or purchasing management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal.
- A solid technical background is an advantage.
