- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships between the organization and clients, with a focus on new business and retention.
- Identify, find, and contact potential new medium and large company customers in line with the sales strategy.
- Deliver on assigned revenue targets.
- Serve as a contact by addressing ad hoc requests and managing client satisfaction.
- Coordinate, recommend, and evaluate the delivery of solutions and products to ensure alignment with client requirements, agreements, quality control standards, and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical and transactional support on client accounts to ensure relationship satisfaction and facilitate mutual internal and external understanding.
- Liaise between internal teams, vendors, and clients on an ongoing basis to ensure high service delivery and respond to questions.
- Participate in the preparation and coordination of tender materials.
- Attend and actively participate in sales and marketing campaigns, industry events, and conferences to build a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market, and represent the company.
- MA degree preferably in Economics/Finance/Engineering
- At least two years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of accomplishment and sales experience

- Knowledge of insurance products and market, preferred vertical specialization in non-life (excluding credit, other financial, motor and any employee benefit lines) including but not limited to property damage, liability, technical, CAR/EAR etc. insurance products
