We’re seeking an Executive Recruitment Operations Intern to join the Global Executive Recruitment Operations Team.You will work closely with Executive TA professionals worldwide and will be responsible for supporting and managing the logistics of the recruitment process to ensure a seamless recruitment cycle and outstanding candidate and client experience.Our Team plays a key role in creating operational excellence for building Sanofi’s current and future Executive Leadership team. You will work in a dynamic and multicultural environment on global scale (Europe & USA).
Your main stakeholders will be Executive Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, People Partners and Global TA Operations Team as well.
You will report to Executive Recruitment Operations Manager.This role presents an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work within Global Executive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition function. If you are driven and motivated to take your HR career to the next level and seeking a truly global opportunity, then this position is for you.Key responsibilitiesSupport operational efficiency through the full recruitment & selection cycle on global scaleSupport seamless recruitment process and provide positive candidate and client experienceSupport interview scheduling at each step of the selection process, ensure correct modification of scheduled interviews, provide booking information and necessary documentsSupport travel arrangements and coordinate day of interview logistics for on-site meetingsMaintains effective communication and good working relationship with employees at all levels of the organization. Act with service mindset in all interactions.Support the administration of ATS and CRM, recruitment trackers, ensure correct data is availableSupport regular reporting activity, collect reporting data, assist with recruitment metricsMonitor & Support pipelining efforts against D&I targetAssist with projects as assigned, support TA team with administrative tasks as requiredTech & Tools You'll Use
