- Oversee the supplier management process, including supplier selection, evaluation, performance rating, and development initiatives.
- Effectively communicate procurement strategies and initiatives to local stakeholders as well as at the EU/Global Procurement level.
- Maintain and develop strong commercial relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration and performance.
- Manage all related SAP tasks and documentation, ensuring accuracy and system compliance.
- Lead timely negotiation and renewal of supplier agreements, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company objectives.
- Perform comprehensive cost and spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards.
- Provide strategic support to the local senior management team and Group Procurement to align procurement goals with broader business objectives.
- Act as a role model for integrity, trust, and accountability, fostering a culture of commitment and ethical leadership within the team.
- Min. 3 years of procurement/supply chain management experience in manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree,
- Fluency in Hungarian and English,
- Negotiation skills and the ability to influence people,
- Knowledge of SAP,
- Good time management and organizational skills,
- Hands-on mentality.
