- Relevant degree and experience in related Finance areas
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong English knowledge
- Strong level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
- Proactive in initiating actions before being asked to or forced to by events
- Prior experience of the BP intercompany process and/or other group processes is preferred
- Ability to coach, challenge to enhance effectiveness and share knowledge.
- Ability to work with deadlines, under pressure with a track record of delivery.
- Customer- and service-oriented thinking.
