
Regional After-Sales Specialist - Hungary

- Drive and develop partners' service preparation, execution, and performance assessment to ensure the achievement of annual service targets and goals.
- Steer continuous improvement of partners' service levels through regular performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct regular visits to regional dealers, organize meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners, and review business plans to align with operational objectives.
- Take charge of the development, execution, and assessment of after-sales projects within the region to drive service optimization.
- Secure the quality of the service network by ensuring timely provision of training, tooling, and other supportive materials to partners.
- Monitor and maintain service standards across the regional network to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Follow up on regional customer satisfaction (NPS) and assist partners in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Manage goodwill authorization processes to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Coordinate spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the Supply Chain team, steering improvements in parts service levels to ensure availability and timeliness.
- Support the implementation of regional after-market activities and service campaigns to promote service uptake and customer engagement.
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in automotive, business, or customer service fields is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) is required.
- Knowledge of Hungarian is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 2+ years of previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong sales and persuasive skills to drive partner engagement and service improvement.
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail in monitoring service performance and resolving customer issues.
- A dedicated communicator committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Active listening skills to understand partner and customer needs effectively.
