- Providing exceptional customer service is a key responsibility. You should have a customer-centric approach, ensuring clients' needs are understood and addressed
- You should possess the ability to thoroughly analyse and understand provided data. This includes identifying any gaps in data collection initiatives
- Collaboration with internal teams is essential. You will work closely with them and oversee and monitor their work before it is delivered to the customer. Taking responsibility for ensuring the quality of deliverables is important
- The ability to adapt to changing technologies and client requirements is important. A Client Delivery Specialist should be flexible, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary; active interest in energy management
- Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
- The main languages for this position are English, therefore advanced and active knowledge is essential (both spoken and written)
- You have confident digital skills, good knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams with a special focus on Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data)
- Skills that will make you successful in your new position: Attention to details, logical and analytical mindset
- Great communication and problem-solving skills ability of interacting with clients of varying levels of seniority and experience
- Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-30 hours/week, but preferably more with a possibility of home office

- Gross salary: 2000 HUF/hour
