The IT Support Manager is a critical leading role in our digital team, part of Coca-Cola HBC IT function. In this high visibility role, you will have the chance to work with cross-functional senior stakeholders supporting the production and our colleagues with IT solutions. You will be managing a team of five people and will be responsible for their development.The position reports directly to the Digital Workplace Technologies Manager.The role:The IT Support Manager makes strategic impact in the following areas:1. Projects

Execution of projects considering costs, quality, and deadlines
Conducting tender procedures, providing technical support, managing supply contracts
Continuous contact with internal business functions and external IT suppliers
Participation in the development, documentation, and support of Digital Technology and Platform services/IT processes
Knowledge and compliance with GDPR, audit and IT standards

2. Providing technical support

Management of the national telecommunications network, servers, server room, which are not under the supervision of the central Digital Technology and Platform services
Providing second-level support
Preparation and maintenance of system documentation
Working closely with the local On-Site IT Support team as well as the central Digital Technology and Platform services organization to increase service levels
Develop, monitor and periodically test Disaster Recovery & Backup processes
Instant transmission of system errors to our central Digital Technology and Platform services, ATOS, IT Services Manager and local service providers
Detect and remediate information security vulnerabilities

3. Business support

Liaising with IT service providers and SLA management
Providing technical support to Digital Technology and Platform Services Functional Leaders and business users
Innovation: support for prototypes, concepts, tests at local level
Preparation and accurate implementation of the annual infrastructure budget (CAPEX, OPEX)
Full support for the implementation of business systems from the infrastructure side in cooperation with Project Management

Expectations

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or Economics
5 + years of experience in the IT Services Industry and Vendor/Service Management
Experience in Service Integration & Management
Strong vendor management skills and the ability to identify risks (time risks, resource risks, interdependencies, etc.) and to manage the risk mitigation actions in the area of responsibility
Agile/SCRUM certification and experience will be highly valued but is not a must
Understanding how business goals aligns with IT
Solid communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Fluency English (written and verbal).
