- Coordinate reporting and analytics requests for the global PT logistics reporting landscape from the business side across all relevant IT systems.
- Act as the central point of contact for all logistics reporting and analytics requests from stakeholders across the organization.
- Drive the standardization and development of key data products and reports in close collaboration with the Data Domain Owner and Data Stewards.
- Assess, clarify and question reporting requests, including their usage, potential gain, value-add, and potential for cost savings.
- Translate complex operational needs into clear data and reporting requirements.
- Maintain a holistic, strategic overview of all logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare decision templates for topics and prioritization of logistics reporting initiatives, based on business impact and strategic alignment.
- Participate in regular strategic communication with stakeholders, facilitating understanding and adoption of analytics.
- Support the development of use case documentation and user-friendly training materials.
- Develop and independently conduct training courses on our logistics reporting landscape, empowering business users to leverage data effectively for decision-making.
- Deep and proven experience in logistics and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in business analytics, focusing on operational improvements and strategic decision-making within logistics.
- Demonstrated project management skills. Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel) to derive actionable insights for logistics performance.
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages) to support data-driven decision-making in logistics.
- Understanding of programming, database (SQL) concepts, and data architecture is beneficial for collaborating with technical teams.
- Working knowledge of data models within SAP ERP systems and other widely used logistics software (e.g., planning, warehouse management systems) is highly valued.
