
Invoice Analysis and Validation Intern

- Data entry of invoices
- Processing and analysis of invoices
- Carry out invoice audits in excel or with internal Schneider Electric tools
- Updating reports
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
- Ongoing university studies in Hungary, in business administration, data management, or related field in management/economics
- Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
- Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), as you will be part of an international team, any other European language is an advantage
- You have advanced digital skills, confidence, and experience with MS Office with strong focus on Excel skills
- You have an analytical and critical mindset, with strong problem solving skills
- Precision, attention to detail and an excellent quality focus are essential for this position
- Ability to collaborate in an international environment
- Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20 hours/week or more, with a possibility of home office, (office presence required 3 times/week, flexible to your schedule)
- Gross salary: 1900 HUF/hour
