Great people make Schneider Electric a great company - and we are now looking to expand our team with an Invoice Analysis and Validation Intern.What you will do:This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career. If you are fluent in English, have great analytical skills and like challenges, feel free to apply, look no further!You will be in charge of the following aspects of invoice management:

Data entry of invoices
Processing and analysis of invoices
Carry out invoice audits in excel or with internal Schneider Electric tools
Updating reports
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

What we need from you:

Ongoing university studies in Hungary, in business administration, data management, or related field in management/economics
Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), as you will be part of an international team, any other European language is an advantage
You have advanced digital skills, confidence, and experience with MS Office with strong focus on Excel skills
You have an analytical and critical mindset, with strong problem solving skills
Precision, attention to detail and an excellent quality focus are essential for this position
Ability to collaborate in an international environment

What we offer:

Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20 hours/week or more, with a possibility of home office, (office presence required 3 times/week, flexible to your schedule)
Gross salary: 1900 HUF/hour
