Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for finance?Join us as a Senior Finance Business Analyst - Group Operations!We're looking for a curious and proactive Senior Finance Business Analyst to join our Group Operations Finance Business Partnering (FBP) team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to make a real impact across Finance and the business, this role is for you.You'll be based in our Budapest SSC, with only occasional travel - just around 15 days annually.Your main responsabilities :
  • Lead and support month-end closing activities for Group Logistics and Group Components.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive forecasting and budgeting processes across the team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on cost centers, WBS elements, and cost recharging.
  • Manage and deliver improvement projects with finance and business stakeholders.
  • Build and apply a strong toolbox including PMA, Product Costing, and Conversion Cost.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance Architecture, Controlling, Services, and Supply Chain leadership.
What You Bring :
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and TM1.
  • Experience with PMA, Product Costing, and Conversion Cost is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WBS elements and cost allocation principles.
  • A proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to manage a diverse and evolving set of responsibilities.
