Injection mold Engineer-Auto Parts Division

• Participate in mold feasibility evaluation in new product development process to ensure that mold design and manufacturing process can meet product requirements.
• Be responsible for mold testing, and verify the performance and quality of the mold through the trial production in the actual production process.
• Be responsible for the abnormal handling and design change of the mold in the production and manufacturing process, and ensure the orderly production and manufacturing work.
• Responsible for the development of mold maintenance program and maintenance plan arrangements to ensure the feasibility of mold maintenance program.

• Over 2 years experience in mold design and maintenance, major in mechanical or mold related is preferred.
• Familiar with common mold structure (stamping mold, injection mold) and working principle, master the characteristics and performance of common materials.
• Familiar with UG, Solidworks, CAD and other drawing software, and office software.
• Have good on-site management, communication and coordination skills, strong ability to resist pressure, work conscientiously and responsibly.
• Fluent in English.
