Join our team as a MES expert and play a key role in shaping the future of semiconductor manufacturing. We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to design, implement, and optimize MES solutions that drive innovation and improve manufacturing performance. If you're passionate about digitalization and have a strong background in MES, we want to hear from you.We're seeking a talented MES expert to join our team and take ownership of our MES solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize MES project requirements, developing and maintaining project plans, and configuring and customizing MES to meet specific business needs.In your new role you will:
  • Design, implement, and optimize MES solutions to drive innovation and improve manufacturing performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize MES project requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for MES projects
  • Configure and customize MES to meet specific business needs and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Integrate MES with other systems to ensure a cohesive and efficient manufacturing process
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize MES performance
  • Drive digitalization rollouts and lead the implementation of new solutions
We're looking for a highly motivated and collaborative individual with a strong passion for digitalization and innovation. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maximizing productivity and efficiency. You should also have strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A strong IT mindset and interest in digitalization are essential, as well as the ability to drive topics and present ideas effectively.You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the MES field, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Experience with EQ integration solutions and automation concepts, and their integration with MES systems
  • An engineering degree, preferably in IT or Electrical field
  • Business level English, with the ability to participate in daily technical discussions with global stakeholders
